History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Varis was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Shoemaker. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bidreked fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
