History: Born in the west to a Dyer, Balifra learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She struck the Dyer job and began her own company from there.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Shoemaker arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
