Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Gnome, and stands approximately 3'3". She wears bulky tan painted plate armor, and her gloved hand is found clutching a scythe. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Brewer.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Unemployed. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Verna grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 8 years.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Roge embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He worked as a nervous Beggar and found it very stressful. He became a Beggar soon after.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and retire the richest man in the west

Description: He has a missing right arm. He prefers to wear grey clothing when he does not wear armor. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has brown eyes and a grey hat with a black feather.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Architect work with an outfit from a few towns over. Architect work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. After a long history of fighting, Barendd and his spouse have recently divorced.
