Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. He has amber eyes and a white hat with a brown feather.

Personality: Pikar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Pikar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds.
