History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Quarion has worked very hard to control his curse. He's also a talented Glassblower, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
