Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and many giants want him driven away

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during and is in decent physical shape. Her long chestnut hair reaches down to her waist. Her gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Verna lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A freak accident while working with her Sculptor mother left her crippled. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Fortune-teller and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears long strands of jet and short violet dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. She wears a broad hat to hide her balding. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. The war was a terrible time for her, and Galiena does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Galiena liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Kûga was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Kûga was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Cartwright. After a long history of fighting, Kûga and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to work out more often
