Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Charles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He became a Assassin soon after.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Herbalist business.
History: Lance was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Herbalist. He has taken up work as a Herbalist and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and a deep hatred of illithids

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Unemployed.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.
