History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He tends to his Bookbinder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bookbinder and was forced into it by his family; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. This blue eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gerbo is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He got into the Dilettante business at a young age. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Dilettante. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Spear hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Bookbinder kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She now mingles about in high society.
