History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She hates Gnomes with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She works hard and plays hard.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Elven compassion; and retire the richest woman in the east

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'8" when asserting himself. He wears his chestnut hair up. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Beggar business.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Beggar and was forced into it by her family; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
