Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gifted student he started as a Barber, but he got bored and became a Merchant. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To be a Barber again; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Tiefling, and stands approximately 6'3". She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat, and her gloved hand is found clutching a kukri. She keeps her long black hair kept up in a rat tail. She has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Gomory hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against brigands; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His white hair, when down, is lengthy. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Soapmaker. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Oskar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barkeep they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Soapmaker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a soapmaker and was forced into it by his family

Description: She is wearing a tight grey one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, and carries scythes. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are brown.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Fallthra was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Fallthra's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she has decided she is irredeemable
