Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His childhood dream was to be a Engraver, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Barrister like his mother before him.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Ruler. His silver hair is braided into rings. His white eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
