History: She was born in the west. Jarana was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Painter. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Bowyer and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: Grûblik hails from a village terrorized by giants. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Grûblik alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away.
