History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Imsh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

History: The child of a Farmer, who enjoyed hunting, Pearl was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: He is in excellent shape and typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep green leather and dull tan iron scale mail. His white crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has red eyes.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Shamash lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ploughman they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Layabout, and he later adopted a second son.
