History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she has a crush on the local actor
