History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Purban was a troubled youth. History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. Through the years after Lucan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Lucan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He tends to his Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
