Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Vistra speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Vistra has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
