Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Fulbar hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it
