Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Orcs.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Sheggen was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Sheggen's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Sheggen was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins.

Personality: Rendar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Sage profession.

History: He was born in a small island village. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and balancing his hectic life and new painter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she has decided she is irredeemable
