History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Veit was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Veit fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ethereal grew up listening to her father's many stories. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Mara was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. After a long history of fighting, Mara and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She hates Elves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Andraste was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is her passion
