Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. The war was a terrible time for him, and Burgell does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Burgell was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
