Personality: She is fixated on the number 94. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. A true patriot, Saphara would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Saphara was born the youngest of three triplets. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
