History: Born in the south to a Miner, Seere learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Through the years after Seere was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Seere's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Scribe. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Architect. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
