History: Pikar hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His parents enrolled him in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to orcs.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and he wants revenge against orcs
