Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Neega was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Locksmith. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her childhood dream was to be a Mortician, but she was a colossal failure. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
