Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying south to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Adrie was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her first spouse was a Weaver, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
