History: Born to a Map Maker, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

She keeps her auburn hair in a flapper bob. Her blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Carlin was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Spy, and she later adopted a second daughter.
