Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Miles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Knight arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, River never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.
