History: Tordek was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Description: This eastern man prefers to wear flannel. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Balimaar was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spy they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Scribe, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and money/treasure
