History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Courier father left her crippled. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mayor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Hunter was born the youngest of three triplets. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
