Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Interpreter arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Shadow took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor she uses now. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She got into the Body Guard business at a young age. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: Cecily wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying west to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Cecily was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Efferil and his spouse have recently divorced.
