History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. After months of barely getting by, Pearl managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
