Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Fragrant will drive conversation. The war was a terrible time for her, and Fragrant does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born in the east to a Miller, Fragrant learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Fragrant was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Miller. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miller.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she feels threatened by others
