History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Shepherd mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. River was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. River decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Beggar for the past few years.

History: She is a Slaad in disguise. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
