History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Diggory enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Gardener profession.

History: Oppah hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying west to reunite her family. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: Born in the west to a Tailor, Faral learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Ploughman, but she got bored and became a Tailor. She has achieved small success as a Tailor.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she is unsatisfied with her job
