History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Theren managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
