History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

After coming to the age of reason, Cecily took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
