History: Dean was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shepherd.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Surina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Stableman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stableman work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Stableman for the past few years.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. After a long history of fighting, Melissa and her spouse have recently divorced.
