History: She was born in the east. Tiaathque was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Spy. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spy.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Gnome, and stands approximately 3'8". He wears suspenders and tan workpants. His shirt is green, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time, and his gloved hand is found clutching a monstrous two handed axe. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Wiggens never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
