He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Nelkin was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bellfounder. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
