Description: An older man who wears a green costume with the symbols of luck on his torso, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is brown and curly. His red eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents enrolled him in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
