History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Spice Merchant; and to share knowledge with the world

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is her passion
