Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Heward was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Heward decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Neega was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Performer. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Performer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and to reunite with her absent father

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
