History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and wants her loneliness to end

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are green.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Shaena will drive conversation. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Shaena was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
