History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has achieved small success as a Carter.

History: Born in the east to a Stableman, Windy learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new stableman responsibilities is difficult
