Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. The war was a terrible time for her, and Daar does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Daar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Marigold hails from a village terrorized by brigands. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
