Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Heian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Barber arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She worked as a nervous Barber and found it very stressful. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Barkeep, but he got bored and became a Stylist. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
