Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his crossbow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His black eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cressel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cressel. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. John was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of dire rats
