Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Shifting embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Interpreter but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Shifting was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. History: The child of a Map Maker, who enjoyed hunting, Takra was taken on many hunting expeditions. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: This woman is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on her left hand. She wears her blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.
