Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Urshar was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. Beatrice is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
