Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Decarabia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Oppah was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Spice Merchant. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
